JOB OVERVIEW

I run an ecommerce brand. I need someone smart to find static images for my Facebook ad scripts. Not design — search online and use judgement to find good images.

No experience needed — intelligent and problem solving skills are most important. Bonus points if you ---------- facebook/ instagram/tiktok and know what grabs attention on social media.

You read an ad, figure out who it's for, and find a related image that stops their scroll. Most images on the internet are wrong for this. The skill is telling the difference.

$300/month, 9-5 Manila time, 5 days/week. Large bonuses for great work. Long-term role. Since this job directly affects how much money we make — the better you do = the more you get paid.

Find 3 images — from anywhere on the internet (Pinterest, Google, Reddit, Same.energy, faceboolk ads library, anywhere) — that you would test as the static image for this ad. Remember, the image should look native to facebook (i.e. looks like something that would be posted by the person the ad targeting, not perfect looking stock photos or carefully staged product images.

Reply with the 3 image URLs. No explanation. Your application is judged on the 3 images themselves, not on what you say about them.

2. Here are 3 images we tested as the static image for another ad script:
