JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled static image editor to create high-converting visuals for e-commerce marketing. Your work will be used across paid ads, landing pages, and email campaigns, so performance matters just as much as design. This role is focused on direct response creative, not just aesthetic design.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating ad creatives such as before-and-after images, problem-solution visuals, UGC-style edits, and promotional graphics. You will edit and enhance product images, design scroll-stopping hooks, and incorporate strong text overlays that highlight key benefits and offers. You will also be expected to produce multiple variations of creatives for testing and continuously improve designs based on performance metrics like click-through rate and cost per acquisition.

The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce or direct response design and understands what makes an ad convert. You should be comfortable using tools like Photoshop or Canva and be able to follow creative direction while also bringing your own ideas to the table. Speed and efficiency are important, as this role involves producing creatives consistently. Experience working with fashion or female-focused brands is a plus, but not required.

Compensation will be structured either per image or as a monthly retainer depending on your experience and output, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses tied to winning creatives.

To apply, please include a portfolio focused specifically on ad creatives rather than general design work, along with examples of high-converting images if available. Also include your typical turnaround time for a small batch of images and your preferred rate. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who understands that performance and results matter more than just making designs look good. If you have read this far, say apple at the bottom of application. Bonus if you meta advertisement stats in resume.

-make sure to include resume with example statics you have created in the past
