JOB OVERVIEW

We are a premium transdermal wellness patch brand scaling fast on Meta. Six SKUs, growing globally. Brand feel is calm, premium, clinical without feeling cold. Not loud DTC, not bargain pharmacy.

We are hiring ONE static ad designer to produce 4 to 8 Meta-ready statics per week on retainer.

What you do

· Design Meta static ads (1080x1920, 9:16) across our SKU range
· Edit and color grade product photography in Photoshop (push highlights, deepen shadows, make the product catch light)
· Build multi-callout layouts, editorial layouts, UGC overlays, native screenshot styles, whatever hits hardest for the brief
· Use AI tools (Midjourney, Photoshop Generative Fill, Magnific, etc.) where it sharpens the work
· Iterate fast on feedback, ship clean layered PSDs

Who you are
· Expert in Adobe Photoshop, layered PSD discipline, non-destructive editing
· Deep understanding of Meta static ad performance, what stops scroll, what is trending right now
· Strong typographic eye, you know the difference between premium and bargain
· Comfortable with AI image tools and modern picture manipulation
· You study premium wellness and beauty creative and you know why the best work performs
· Native or near-native English for reading briefs and headlines
