JOB OVERVIEW

Peachies is a premium, B Corp-certified baby nappy and parenting brand from London. We’re growing fast and we’re building an in-house system to produce static ads at scale, starting at around 100+ a week and growing to thousands.

We’re looking for a designer who can make that system work. Someone with a real eye for brand who also understands what makes a paid social ad perform, and who is genuinely excited about using AI to multiply their output.

What you’ll do:
Produce high volumes of static ads for Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and later TikTok, across every funnel stage. That includes offer ads, comparison ads, minimalist product ads, Instagram-native overlay styles, review and testimonial ads, and top-of-funnel concept ads.
Work from our Figma design system and format template library, turning proven formats into many on-brand variations of headline, image, offer and layout.
Take winning ad formats from other categories and adapt them to Peachies with our products, our claims and our voice.
Use Claude Design as a core production tool, along with Higgsfield and other AI image tools, to generate, iterate and resize creative quickly, using our product renders and approved photo library.
Work from briefs from our creative strategists and turn 20 to 30 briefs a week into finished, launch-ready assets in every placement size.
Keep a clean, organised output tracker and file naming system so every ad can be found, tested and learned from.
Look at performance data with the team and use what’s winning to shape the next batch.

Who you are
You have at least 2 years of experience designing paid social ads for a DTC or e-commerce brand. Please send a portfolio of real ads that ran, not just brand work.
You have strong taste. You can tell when something looks “off brand” and you care about type, spacing and colour, even at speed.
You understand performance. You know why a scroll-stopping hook, a clear offer and a simple layout beat a pretty but confusing ad.
You’re advanced in Figma, including components, auto layout and working inside an existing design system.
You already use AI tools in your daily workflow (Claude, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Firefly or similar) and can show us how they help you make more and better work, not just faster work.
You’re highly organised and comfortable with volume. Hundreds of assets a week shouldn’t scare you.
You have an great level of English.
Experience in baby, parenting, beauty or wellness brands is a big plus.

What we offer
A long-term, full-time role with a fast growing, founder-led brand and the most exciting team across the UK, Spain and the Philippines
Work that goes live and gets tested every week, so you’ll see exactly what your creative achieves
Hands-on work with cutting-edge AI design tools and a team that’s building the system with you
Paid tool access provided
We're one team no matter of location and you'll always feel this way at Peachies: You'll have access to lots of our team perks and the most exciting positive work environment along our company values: boldness, excellence and joy

Hours: Full time from 9AM to 5PM UK working hours

How to apply

Send us:
Your portfolio, showing performance ads you’ve designed. Tell us which ones were winners if you know.
A short note (no more than 5 sentences) about how you currently use AI tools in your design process.
Start your application with the words “Peachy keen” so we know you read this far :)
