Static Ad Designer (Part-Time, 20 hrs/week)
We're a fast-growing B2B e-commerce brand selling premium pilates supplies to studio owners in the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, Germany, and the USA. We're looking for a designer to own our static ad creative, and to write the headlines and copy that go with them.
You'll work closely with our media buyer: they bring the performance data, you bring the creative instinct, and together you figure out what to scale and what to iterate on next. This is a team role, not a solo freelance gig.
What You'll Do
= Design static ad creatives for Meta. Feed-ready, on-= brand, fast.
= Write the headlines and ad copy that go with your designs.
= Use AI tools, especially Higgsfield, plus others like Claude and ChatGPT, to speed up concept development and iteration.
= Work directly with our media buyer to translate performance data into new creative angles.
What We're Looking For
= A real graphic design background: you work in Photoshop or Figma, or something closer to Photoshop than Canva.
= A clear portfolio. We want to see which brands you've worked for and the actual creatives you made.
= Results are a nice-to-have, not a must. What matters most is that you can genuinely design well.
= Fluent English, spoken and written, since you'll be communicating directly with our media buyer.
= Comfortable working in a team and iterating based on feedback.
What You Get
= Part-time remote role, 20 hours/week.
= Salary: 10/15$ per hout
= Significant growth potential within the company, this may grow into a full-time role.
How to Apply
= Send your portfolio and tell us which brands you designed for.
= Answer this: how long does it typically take you to produce one finished static?
= One sentence: why does static ad design excite you more than other creative work?
We're based in the Netherlands and work with a remote team. This role requires at least 4-5 hours overlap with CET working hours (so working 14:00-19:00 local time in Asia works well).
