JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Start of Services Coordinator to join our team. The Start of Services Coordinator will be responsible for making/receiving calls and sending emails to/from clients and providers regarding the initiation of brokered medical services. The team member will be involved in follow up on start of services with clients/providers via text, email, and phone. Applicants would be expected to handle client, or provider concerns quickly and accurately and document all activities.

Requirements:
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Reliable internet connection (minimum 150 Mbps)
High level of professionalism and organization
Medical and customer service experience preferred (not required)

Pay and Benefits:
Pay is $3.50/hour
120 hours of accrued PTO each year.
9 paid us holidays each year
