We’re looking for a proactive Staffing Specialist to join our team! If you enjoy helping people and managing schedules efficiently, this could be the perfect role for you.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone,
Manage and adjust schedules for staff, projects, and appointments.
Reassign tasks due to cancellations, no-shows, or conflicts.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve scheduling issues.
Follow company SOPs and maintain accurate records.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent English communication skills; natural American English preferred.
At least 2 years in customer-facing or scheduling-heavy roles.
Skilled in scheduling tools like Google Calendar, Calendly, or similar.
Friendly, proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
Available to work U.S. business hours (Eastern or Pacific).
Technical Requirements:
High-speed internet, noise-canceling headset, reliable computer, backup power.
