About the Opportunity: We are seeking a high-level Independent Service Provider to manage critical staffing coordination and logistics for a US-based caregiving project. We are looking for an established professional who can independently drive shift-matching logic and ensure operational continuity within the California home care market.

Service Deliverables & Milestones:

• Strategic Matching: Independently execute the logic of matching healthcare professionals to client profiles based on clinical needs, personality, and location.
• Operational Continuity: Maintain a "Zero-Gap" schedule. The Service Provider is responsible for proactively managing backup rosters and resolving service interruptions (call-outs) in real-time.
• Logistics Management: Oversee the complex rotation of shifts to ensure 100% coverage while adhering to US-based scheduling constraints.
• Compliance Verification: Monitor and verify the active credentials of service personnel to ensure they meet project-specific and regulatory standards.

Service Provider Requirements:

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in staffing, logistics coordination, or high-volume scheduling environments.
• Industry Knowledge (Preferred): 2+ years of experience in the US Home Care industry is highly ideal.
• Systems Expertise: Proficiency in scheduling software and CRM platforms (e.g., ClearCare/WellSky, AxisCare, or equivalent) is required to meet project milestones.
