JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based Healthcare company looking for an organized, reliable, and proactive Staffing Coordinator & HR based in the Philippines. You will keep our field clinicians (NP's, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, therapists, aides, caregivers) scheduled, credentialed, and compliant so our patients get consistent, high-quality care. This is a long-term role for someone who likes structure, follows through, and communicates clearly.

Hiring & Recruitment

Post job ads on job boards and social media for NP, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, therapists, aides, and caregivers
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews with management
Check references and send offer letters and contracts
Maintain an active candidate pipeline for hard-to-fill disciplines and service areas

Credentialing & Compliance

Verify licenses and certifications through state boards and primary sources
Coordinate background checks, OIG/SAM exclusion checks, drug screens, and I-9/E-Verify
Track and renew expiring credentials (licenses, CPR/BLS, TB tests, physicals, auto insurance, annual competencies)
Keep all employee files complete, organized, and survey-ready for state and accreditation audits

Onboarding & Orientation

Manage the new-hire onboarding checklist from offer acceptance to first patient visit
Collect and review new-hire paperwork, policies, and signed acknowledgments
Set up system access (EMR, email, scheduling tools) and coordinate orientation sessions
Check in with new hires during their first 90 days to make sure they're supported

Training & Education

Schedule and track required trainings: orientation, annual in-services, competency evaluations, and skills check-offs
Assign and monitor online training modules and follow up on incomplete courses
Maintain training records and completion reports for compliance and audits
Coordinate with clinical leadership on training calendars and new education requirements

Staffing & Scheduling

Schedule and confirm patient visits based on clinician availability, location, and patient needs
Fill open shifts and last-minute call-outs quickly, keeping clinicians and the office informed
Maintain the staffing calendar and track visit completion in our EMR/scheduling system [e.g., HHMD, WellSky, Practice Fusion]

HR Support

Verify timesheets and visit counts before each payroll cycle
Answer routine employee questions about policies, pay, and benefits
Assist with employee records, status changes, and off boarding
Handle all employee information with strict confidentiality
