JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated attorney to join our dynamic team and small law office located in US Eastern Standard Time Zone. Ideal candidate is an attorney licensed to practice law in the United States, with a strong preference for those licensed in the State of Indiana, California or other states, with a real estate and title search background and litigation, or at least US trained with significant US work experience. This is a remote opportunity, and we are eager to connect with a qualified licensed attorney or a senior paralegal to explore how you can contribute to our team.

Key responsibilities:
-Provide support to our attorney, including heavy document drafting and case
management.
-Advanced legal research and writing, contract review, and
-Assist in case preparation, court filings, and client communication.
-Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
-Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
with quick turnaround times.
-Monitor case dockets and calendar deadlines.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in the legal profession.
-Knowledgeable in Clio (preferred), LexisNexis and legal research tools, Microsoft Office

Suite and Adobe DC software.
-Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability manage multiple tasks and deadlines
effectively and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal
supervision.
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
-Affluent in English language.
-During training, your hours will be 8 p.m. and after. After training, anticipate day time
hours for you so work product will be available for law office during US Eastern
Standard Time Zone working hours. 30-40 hours per week.
