JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced accountant to join our team and take ownership of our financial records. If you have a strong background in US accounting and know how to keep the books accurate, compliant, and strictly organized, we want to hear from you. We need someone who can jump right in to manage our daily financial data and provide clear insights to our management team.

Responsibilities:
- Handle general bookkeeping tasks and keep our records accurate and organized for multiple Entities.
- Perform bank, credit card, and other account reconciliations
- Research and resolve any accounting discrepancies that pop up
- Carry out internal audits and reviews to ensure we are staying compliant with our internal policies
- Review and categorize expenses to make sure they align with our budget and financial guidelines
- Post daily expenses and manage financial entries
- Support additional accounting functions and tackle ad hoc projects as assigned them

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience in US accounting
- A strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience in Sage Intacct
- Excellent analytical skills and a sharp attention to detail
- A self-motivated mindset with strong time management abilities and self-ownership mindset
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to trace and understand data flows from different accounting softwares
- Full-time schedule working US Pacific business hours
