JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an experienced talent sourcer to support our client's hiring needs by identifying and compiling lists of qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms. This is a research-focused role and the ideal candidate is skilled at building targeted candidate lists based on specific role criteria (e.g., job title, industry, seniority level, location). You will work 40 hours/week during U.S hours and receive weekly payment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct candidate research on LinkedIn for C-Level professionals
- Build and maintain organized lists of potential candidates (names, current titles, companies, LinkedIn profile links)
- Apply Boolean search and advanced filtering techniques to identify qualified matches
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine search criteria as needed
- Deliver accurate, well-organized candidate lists within agreed timelines

Key Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent sourcing, research, or a related recruitment function
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn (Recruiter or Sales Navigator experience a plus) and Boolean search techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
- Strong written communication skills for reporting and documentation
- Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
