#ABOUT THE ROLE
Leaven Marketing is hiring a Graphic Designer to create high-converting visual assets for Amazon client accounts. You’ll work closely with the Listing Manager to turn creative briefs into polished, brand-aligned designs across listing images, A+ Content, Brand Stores, testing assets, and advertising creatives. This is a project-based role for a designer with strong visual instincts, fluent English, and a clear understanding of how design drives clicks, conversion, and brand trust in ecommerce. Over time, this role could grow into a broader Creative Manager position.
#CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
AMAZON CREATIVE EXECUTION
-Design high-quality visual assets for Amazon listings, including image stacks, A+ Content, Brand Story modules, and Brand Stores
-Translate creative briefs into brand-aligned, conversion-focused designs that clearly communicate product value
-Create assets for listing tests, including alternate main images, infographic variations, and other CRO-focused design concepts
-Prepare creative files according to Amazon specifications and platform requirements
ADVERTISING & CAMPAIGN ASSETS
-Design visual assets for Amazon advertising initiatives, including Sponsored Brands creative, Store creatives, and other campaign-related placements
-Support the team with creative variations for testing click-through rate and conversion improvements
-Collaborate with the Listing Manager and PPC team to ensure ad creatives align with product positioning and campaign goals
BRAND INTERPRETATION & VISUAL STORYTELLING
-Absorb each client’s brand identity, customer profile, and market positioning, then translate that into effective visual communication
-Maintain brand consistency across all client assets while adapting designs to fit Amazon best practices and shopper behavior
-Create designs that balance clarity, persuasion, and aesthetics in a highly competitive ecommerce environment
COLLABORATION & WORKFLOW
-Work closely with the Listing Manager, who owns the strategy and creative briefing process
-Communicate clearly on timelines, revisions, and scope as projects move through production
-Participate in occasional internal discussions or calls with the founder and team as needed
-Collaborate effectively in an async-first environment with the core team based in the Philippines
AGENCY CREATIVE SUPPORT
-Occasionally support design needs for Leaven Marketing’s own brand, marketing materials, or internal initiatives
-Contribute to raising the overall visual standard of the agency’s client deliverables
REQUIREMENTS
-5+ years of graphic design experience
-Fluent English, both written and spoken
-Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work, ecommerce design, and conversion-focused creative
-Strong command of professional design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
-Ability to create original, polished work without relying heavily on templates
-Excellent visual judgment, layout skills, typography, and hierarchy
-Ability to understand and apply a client’s brand identity across multiple asset types
-Strong understanding of the role design plays in ecommerce performance, including conversion, click-through rate, and shopper engagement
-Able to take strategic direction and turn it into clean, effective execution
-Organized, responsive, and capable of managing project-based work independently
-Experience designing for Amazon is a bonus, but not required
-Experience working with remote teams and async communication is a plus
