JOB OVERVIEW

Senior Graphic Designer (Social Media & Motion Graphics) — US Agency (Remote / Philippines)
We are a fast-growing U.S.-based marketing and media group working with home service brands (roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) and sports brands (athletes, academies, sports technology companies, and sports marketing agencies).
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer based in the Philippines who can create high-quality static and motion graphics for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing funnels. Additionally, they have branding experience and can create beyond just social media graphics, and outside of Figma. The use and leverage of Ai is important while having the expertise to create award-winning level graphics.
This is a full-time, long-term role for someone who takes pride in speed, creativity, and execution.

Role Overview
As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing scroll-stopping social media creatives, motion graphics, branding assets, and campaign visuals that directly support marketing performance and lead generation.
You will work closely with our U.S. marketing, media, and leadership teams and must be able to work U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours.

Key Responsibilities
• Design static social media graphics (ads, reels covers, carousels, thumbnails, story posts, banners)
• Create motion graphics / animated social posts / short-form video graphics
• Produce creative assets for paid advertising campaigns (Meta, YouTube, Google Display, etc.)
• Design graphics for home service contractors (roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
• Design graphics for sports brands (teams, academies, athletes, equipment brands, sports tech companies)
• Follow brand guidelines while also contributing creative direction
• Quickly iterate on designs based on performance feedback
• Maintain organized file structures and naming conventions
• Meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced agency environment
• Collaborate with marketing strategists, video editors, and copywriters

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency environment
• Strong portfolio showing social media design and motion graphics work
• Experience designing for lead generation campaigns or performance marketing
• Experience working with home service brands OR sports brands is strongly preferred
• Ability to work full U.S. EST hours
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction, without being micro-managed
• Familiarity or willingness to learn ClickUp project management tool

Required Software & Tools
You must already have strong working experience with:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects or similar motion graphics software
• Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent video tools
• Canva (advanced level)
• Figma (preferred)
• Google Drive / Slack / project management tools
You must have reliable high-speed internet and a professional workstation capable of handling motion graphics work.
