JOB OVERVIEW

SalesX is a heavily automated, KPI-driven Google Ads agency. Our systems process and monitor hundreds of thousands to millions of signals continuously. This role exists to watch the system, spot what’s wrong, fix it fast, and push performance forward.

This is not a busy-work role. Busy work is automated.
We reward speed, judgment, and results.

What you will do
- Monitor live Google Ads performance across automated systems and KPI dashboards
- Spot anomalies, inefficiencies, and “something’s off” ---------- nts before damage compounds
- Take fast corrective action to protect spend, performance, and client outcomes
- Verify automation behavior and flag issues when outputs do not match intent
- Drive KPI improvement (CPA, ROAS, efficiency, scale) through decisive intervention
- Generate 5–7 strong, testable campaign or structure ideas daily
- Influence account direction and experimentation strategy at a senior level

What we expect
- Proven history managing meaningful Google Ads spend
- Strong intuition for when data looks wrong even if no alert fires
- Comfort operating in automated environments with layered checks and scripts
- Ability to act calmly when things are on fire and stay hands-off when they’re not
- KPI-first mindset with creative execution ability
- Senior judgment over task execution
