JOB OVERVIEW

Senior Customer Support Agent (DTC Shopify + Subscriptions)
DTC Pet Supplement Brand - Full-Time Remote, $1,000/month, 8 hours a day, 7 days a week

We're a DTC pet supplement brand. Zero to 7 figures in under a year, two products scaling right now, and the goal is 7 figures a month.

Our business runs on subscriptions. We're scaling fast and need a senior customer support agent who has already done this job for other DTC Shopify subscription brands.

WHAT YOU'LL DO EVERY DAY
- Answer customers in Commslayer: fast, warm, never robotic.
- Manage subscriptions in Recharge: pauses, skips, swaps, date and address changes, and saving cancellations with the right offer.
- Handle orders in Shopify: refunds, replacements, order edits and draft orders.
- Chase late or stuck shipments until the customer has their order.

YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU
- Have proven customer support experience at other DTC Shopify brands, subscription brands included, and can name them.
- Have 2+ years of hands-on Shopify experience.
- Know how to use subscription apps like Recharge and Loop.
- Know how to use Commslayer.
- Write and speak excellent English.
- Want one full-time job. This role is exclusive: no other clients.
