JOB OVERVIEW

Vibra Sports is a global sports marketing agency. We run official social channels for NFL and NBA teams and for professional golf, in markets including Germany, Mexico, Brazil, China and Türkiye.

You're our content producer. Our market managers send you clear briefs, and you turn them into finished graphics and short videos within 24 hours, on brand and ready to post. You don't post or run the channels. You make the content.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Turn briefs into finished content within 24 hours.
2. Build and keep a template library: matchday, final score, player quote, stat card, weekly preview, tournament leaderboard.
3. Make static graphics and carousels every day.
4. Edit short vertical videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) from clips we supply: trim, reframe, captions, logo, end card.
5. Work from a shared request sheet and deliver into shared folders.

HOURS AND PAY
1. Full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, Philippine daytime (about 09:00 to 18:00).
2. USD 800 to 1,100 a month, depending on experience. Paid monthly as a contractor.
3. Starts with a short unpaid test (about two and a half hours), then a paid two-week probation.

YOU HAVE
1. At least 2 years making social content for brands, teams or creators.
2. A portfolio with both static graphics and short-form video.
3. Strong skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop. Canva or CapCut alone isn't enough.
4. Experience with AI tools for captions, reframing or image work.
5. Good written English.

BIG PLUS
1. You follow sports, especially the NFL, NBA or golf.
2. You've worked with non-English captions (German, Spanish, Portuguese).
3. You've built a template library other people use.
