Sparc is looking for an experienced Sponsorship Sales Specialist to secure brand partnerships and close high-value deals within the multifamily and lifestyle space.

What You’ll Be Doing
Securing sponsorship deals with brands (fitness, lifestyle, food & beverage, telecom, local & national brands)
Building and managing relationships with decision-makers
Pitching partnership opportunities tied to events, amenities, and resident experiences
Closing deals from outreach to signed agreement
