JOB OVERVIEW

GIVE Society is a Houston-based luxury social club with a purpose. We create elevated experiences that bring professionals, entrepreneurs and community leaders together while generating resources and opportunities for foster youth.

We are seeking a confident and resourceful Sponsorship & Brand Partnerships Outreach Specialist to help us secure corporate sponsors, in-kind partners, brand collaborations and strategic partnerships for our events.

Our immediate priority is our Black & White Soirée in Houston on October 17, 2026, followed by an expanding calendar of GIVE Society experiences beginning in 2027.

This is a sales and partnership-development role—not a general administrative assistant position.

Your responsibilities will include:

Research companies and brands that align with GIVE Society, our audience and our mission
Identify the correct decision-makers in marketing, partnerships, community relations, CSR, public relations and business development
Find verified emails, LinkedIn profiles and other appropriate contact information
Build and maintain an organized sponsorship pipeline
Send personalized sponsorship and partnership outreach
Follow up consistently with prospects
Customize outreach based on each company's brand, audience and community initiatives
Identify opportunities for cash sponsorships, in-kind sponsorships and brand collaborations
Pitch hotels, restaurants, beverage companies, automotive companies, financial institutions, beauty/fashion brands, professional-service firms and Houston-based businesses
Track every contact, response, follow-up and next action
Book qualified sponsorship meetings for GIVE Society leadership
Help improve outreach scripts based on response data
Assist with sponsor fulfillment and relationship management when needed

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in sponsorship sales, business development, cold outreach, lead generation, influencer partnerships or brand partnerships
Is comfortable contacting executives and corporate decision-makers
Writes excellent professional English
Understands that successful outreach must be personalized—not spam
Is persistent with follow-ups
Can research independently and identify creative partnership opportunities
Is highly organized and comfortable using Google Sheets or a CRM
Thinks like a salesperson and is motivated by results

Experience with live events, nonprofits/social-impact organizations, hospitality, luxury brands, entertainment, influencer marketing or corporate sponsorships is strongly preferred.

This position will begin with a 30-day paid trial and may develop into a long-term partnership role as GIVE Society expands.
