JOB OVERVIEW

Repurpose 200+ hours of audio into short videos & manage sales funnel

Must have:

- Experience with Notebook LM (or similar AI repurposing tool) to turn long audio into 60?second clips with hooks.

- Manual video editing (e.g., CapCut, Descript, Adobe Premiere Rush, or TikTok’s built?in editor). You will receive timestamps from Notebook LM; you must cut the original audio/video accordingly.

- Ability to add simple text overlays (CTA) and export as 60?second MP4 for TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

- Ability to post daily on TikTok and YouTube Shorts (scheduling tools like Later or Buffer are fine).

- Familiarity with Google Drive (shared folders, organised file management).

- Basic HubSpot (free version) – can create landing pages and simple email sequences.

- English fluency, reliable communicator, interested in personal development / spirituality.

Note: Notebook LM will generate the timestamps and hooks. You will do the actual cutting and posting. No advanced editing skills needed – just basic trimming and overlay text.

Optional but nice: experience with Gumroad, Canva (for simple captions/overlays), and community management (WhatsApp/Telegram group).

Compensation: Hourly for first month (setup). Thereafter, base hourly + A$19 commission per Personal Alchemy sale (A$111 product). This incentivises quality repurposing – more views = more sales.

You don’t need to build the funnel – just follow the existing plan: post clips with the CTA, ensure the link works, and track basic metrics (views, clicks).
