JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an experienced AI Video Editor to join our 7-figure ecommerce company. This role is specifically for editors who are fluent in the latest AI video generation stack and can produce highly converting, realistic AI-generated ads for Facebook/Meta and VSLs for sales pages.

About the Role:
You'll be producing 10 AI-generated video concepts per week, using cutting-edge tools to create realistic AI avatars, scenes, and b-roll that hold up against top-tier direct response creative.

Required Tools & Experience:
You must have hands-on experience with the modern AI video stack, including:

HeyGen — realistic AI avatars and spokesperson videos
Nano Banana Pro — image generation and scene creation
Higgsfield — AI motion and cinematic shots
VEO 3 — high-fidelity AI video generation
Google Flow / Whisk — scene composition and visual ideation
ElevenLabs — AI voice generation and cloning
Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro — for final assembly, polish, and compositing

Key ResponsibilitiesL

- Produce 10 AI video concepts per week, from prompt to finished ad

- Generate realistic AI avatars, characters, and scenes using the tools above

-Assemble AI-generated footage with b-roll, motion graphics, text overlays, captions, and sound design into high-converting ad creatives

-Source supporting b-roll (medical animations, stock footage, AI-generated scenes) when needed

-Stay on the cutting edge — new AI tools drop weekly, and we expect you to test and integrate what works

-Study competitor ads and winning creatives across niches to feed your ideation

-Internalize customer messaging and build concepts around the angles that convert

-Re-edit winning ads (variations in visuals, voice, text, hooks) to scale what's working

-Resize and format to required specs: 9x16, 4x5, 1x1

-Collaborate with Creative Strategists on briefs, revisions, and brand guidelines

Who This Is For:
You should apply if you can already produce AI-generated ads at the standard of the Facebook Ads Library examples above — not if you're just getting started with these tools. We're looking for someone who can show us a reel of AI-generated ads that look real, convert, and don't scream "AI slop."

Structure:
Paid trial period (paid per video concept). If you pass the trial, you're promoted to a full-time position.
