Spanish-Speaking Virtual Assistant (Customer Support + Chargeback Specialist)

We are hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Spanish-speaking Virtual Assistant to handle customer support and help resolve chargebacks. This role directly impacts revenue and customer retention.

Responsibilities:
Customer Support
* Respond to customer
* Handle questions about orders, shipping, subscriptions, and refunds
* Keep a professional and helpful tone
Chargeback Management (CALLING REQUIRED):
* Call customers who filed chargebacks (mostly Spanish-speaking)
* De-escalate issues and convince them to cancel disputes
* Follow up until the issue is resolved
Payment Recovery:
* Help recover failed payments
* Assist in reducing refunds and disputes

Requirements:
* Fluent in Spanish and good English
* MUST be comfortable making phone calls
* MUST have a reliable way to call customers
* Strong communication and persuasion skills
* Organized and responsive

Performance Metrics:
* Chargebacks resolved/reversed
* Fast response times
* Reduced refunds/disputes

Compensation:
