JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments.
* Understand the customer’s needs and gather the necessary information to ensure accurate scheduling.
* Follow established scripts, call flows, and procedures to maintain consistency and professionalism.
* Provide clear, courteous, and helpful communication to all customers, including those who may be upset or frustrated.
* Maintain accurate and complete call logs, notes, and appointment details in the company’s system.
* Coordinate with the appropriate team members to confirm availability, special requests, or specific scheduling requirements.
* Support the company by delivering a positive customer experience and ensuring appointments are scheduled accurately.

Qualifications:
* Fluent in both English and Spanish — this is a must.
* Experience in customer service, call handling, or appointment scheduling is preferred.
* Previous experience with appointment scheduling or customer support is an advantage but not required.

* Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional when handling difficult callers.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with scheduling or CRM software (training provided).
* Reliable, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently.
