# Spanish-Speaking SDR / Appointment Setter - Hotels | Paid Training + Performance Pay

Remote | Philippines-Based | Spanish + English | Paid Training | International Sales

We are expanding our international hotel operation into Spanish-speaking markets and are looking for ambitious SDRs / Hotel Activation Specialists based in the Philippines.

SPANISH IS REQUIRED

You must be comfortable having professional business conversations in Spanish.

You should also have good English communication skills, as English is used internally with our international team.

If you do not speak Spanish confidently enough to call hotel managers and business decision-makers, please do not apply.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will contact hotels in Spanish-speaking international markets and speak directly with managers and decision-makers.

But this is different from traditional cold sales.

HOTELS PAY NOTHING

You are not asking the hotel to purchase an expensive product.

Our hospitality partners pay:

$0 setup fee

$0 monthly fee

We provide hotels with complimentary QR materials that allow international guests to access digital eSIM data.

When guests connect, the hotel can earn a share of the revenue.

So your conversation with the hotel is essentially:

Better guest experience + additional revenue opportunity + zero cost.

YOUR WORKFLOW

You will be responsible for moving hotels through the activation process:

Call > Decision-maker > Explain Opportunity > Yes > Activate > CRM > Follow-up > QR Live

You will receive:

* Qualified hotel leads
* Sales scripts

* Clear activation workflow
* Follow-up process
* Daily support
* Performance targets

You are not expected to find everything yourself.

We provide the system.

You execute it.

PERFORMANCE-BASED EARNINGS

Your earnings increase with the number of hotels you successfully activate.

15 Active Hotels = PHP 15,000

20 Active Hotels = PHP 20,000

25 Active Hotels = PHP 25,000

30 Active Hotels = PHP 30,000

40 Active Hotels = PHP 40,000

50 Active Hotels = PHP 50,000

60 Active Hotels = PHP 60,000

70 Active Hotels = PHP 70,000

80 Active Hotels = PHP 80,000

90 Active Hotels = PHP 90,000

100 Active Hotels = PHP 100,000

The more hotels you successfully activate, the more you can earn.

WHAT COUNTS AS AN ACTIVE HOTEL?

We reward completed activations, not simply calls or verbal agreements.

Hotel agrees > Hotel activated > CRM completed > QR delivered > QR confirmed live
