Position Type: Full-Time or Part- Time, Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday (PST hours)
Compensation: Hourly, paid bi-weekly
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Spanish-speaking Virtual Assistant to support our insurance office with customer service, policy servicing, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable working independently while following established processes.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and assist Spanish-speaking clients with questions, payments, and policy updates.
Make outbound calls to clients regarding policy reminders, renewals, or declined payments.
Translate and communicate clearly between English-speaking staff and Spanish-speaking clients.
Assist with quoting, policy changes, and documentation.
Enter client information accurately into CRM and carrier systems.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide timely updates.
Maintain confidentiality of client data.
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required.
Prior experience in insurance, call center, or customer service preferred.
Excellent phone and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must have stable internet connection and computer equipment.
