Position Overview:
Besht Wellness is seeking a bilingual Spanish-English professional with proven experience in the insurance industry. This role requires strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to operate independently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to anticipate client and organizational needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients
- Manage policy documentation, client inquiries, and insurance-related correspondence
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
- Support claims processing, reporting, and administrative tasks to maintain smooth operations
- Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance client satisfaction and workflow efficiency
Skills & Competencies:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an insurance company
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines independently
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail

Ideal Candidate:
-Has an iOS device (Mac, iPad, or iPhone)
-Available to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
