JOB OVERVIEW

We’re currently pooling Spanish-English Bilingual candidates for a Medical Support client.

In this role, you’ll be part of a team handling inbound patient calls for a busy medical practice. No medical background or clinical knowledge is required.

What you’ll do:

Answer patient calls and assist with general and appointment-related questions
Help with scheduling and appointment inquiries
Route medical or clinical concerns to the appropriate nurses or Medical Assistants (MAs)
Make sure patients are connected to the right person or team
Manage incoming calls through the client’s web-based phone system
The practice supports 8 surgeons across 12 hospitals and receives approximately 250–300 calls per day across the team.

We’re looking for candidates who are fluent in both Spanish and English, professional and patient on the phone, comfortable speaking with patients, and confident navigating web-based systems.
