JOB OVERVIEW

We build and launch haircare and skincare products on Amazon. We need someone who can take a formulation brief and turn it into a vetted manufacturer, a sample, and a price we can work with.
What the job is:
You receive a product brief — ingredients, specs, packaging requirements — and you own everything from there. Finding the right contract manufacturer, getting quotes, evaluating samples, reviewing COAs, negotiating MOQs and pricing, and managing the supplier relationship through to first order.
You're right for this if you:

Have direct experience sourcing from cosmetic or personal care contract manufacturers — China, US, or both
Know how to read a COA and identify a problem with a sample
Have negotiated MOQs and pricing with manufacturers before
Can manage supplier communication independently without dropping balls
Understand lead times, packaging compatibility, stability basics
Have worked with or for an Amazon FBA brand, a cosmetic manufacturer, or a private label operation

What you won't be doing:
Managing Amazon listings, doing product research, or handling logistics. This role is purely supplier-side. Own it fully and own it well.
