JOB OVERVIEW

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring a Sourcing & Research Specialist to support our gaming business by sourcing sellers, products, and opportunities primarily through Chinese platforms such as Taobao.

This role is for a true go-getter. We are not looking for someone who needs step-by-step instructions or constant oversight. We need someone who can take a task, figure things out, and execute with urgency and accuracy.

The ideal candidate understands sourcing and research, is familiar with Taobao, can read or translate Chinese, and has an interest in gaming. If you are resourceful, hardworking, and comfortable digging deep to find the best options, this role is a great fit.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Source sellers, suppliers, and products for our gaming business
* Research products, pricing, availability, and reliability
* Use Taobao and other Chinese platforms to find opportunities
* Communicate with sellers when needed (Chinese preferred)
* Compare options and present clear recommendations
* Verify seller legitimacy and product details
* Organize sourcing data, links, pricing, and notes clearly
* Take ownership of sourcing tasks and deliver results efficiently

* Strong interest in gaming or experience in the gaming industry
* Experience sourcing gaming-related products or services
* Experience communicating directly with Chinese sellers
* Negotiation or price comparison experience
