JOB OVERVIEW

Hey, I’m Maddie, founder of ---------- . We help brands win in AI Search across ChatGPT, Reddit, and blogs. We’ve grown from $60k to $500k+ ARR this year.

We’re hiring a full time Solutions Engineer who owns outcomes, not just code.

This is not a build and handoff role. You will talk to users, test with them, fix what breaks, and make sure things actually work in the real world.

What you’ll do
- Build and maintain features (React, Next.js, Supabase, Railway)
- Work directly with customers and the team to understand needs
- Test features with real users before release
- Jump into Slack, debug issues, and fix fast
- Proactively find and solve problems
- Communicate clearly and early
- "Hey just flagging this might be an issue.. what do you think?


What we’re looking for
- Strong, proactive communication skills!!
- Strong React, Next.js, Node, Supabase
- You’ve shipped products to customers before
- Strong English and comfortable on calls
- You think about the user, not just the code
- You take ownership end to end
- You try to replicate the issue on their own first
- Big customer / team empathy <3

Bonus
- AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code
- Customer-facing technical experience

Salary
- $3,000/month starting
- Quarterly reviews with meaningful raises based on ownership and impact

Hours
- 7:00am – 3:00pm Pacific Time (USA)

Not a fit if you
- Prefer working in isolation
- Wait for tasks instead of finding problems
- Think “done” means it works on your machine
- Avoid talking to customers
- Makes customers debug your own code for you
- Cannot work USA time zone
