We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer & Sales Support Specialist to be the welcoming voice of our company and support our growing team.
Your Role:
As the first point of contact after a sale, you will ensure our new customers have a smooth and positive start to their solar journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating project designs using Aurora Solar
- Conducting welcoming and onboarding calls to new customers to confirm their details and set clear expectations.
- Serving as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and
- Assisting our Quality Assurance team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and preparing documents.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with project managers to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to installation.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Residential Solar Industry
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional phone manner.
- 1-2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar client-facing role.
- Proficiency with CRM software (experience with Zoho is a major plus).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions.
- A positive, empathetic, and patient attitude.
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to grow long-term with a mission-driven company.
