This role is for YOU if you:

- Are a Top Sales Converter from previous campaigns (preferably in cold calling for Solar).
- Have 2+ years experience in outbound sales/cold calling.
- Can provide strong references or recommendations from a former employer.
- Have a reliable WFH setup with stable internet.
- Are hungry to earn, consistent, and thrive under pressure.
- Show up every day with discipline, great work ethic, and zero attendance issues.
- Have a winning mindset, operate with integrity, and bring a positive, drama-free attitude to the team.
- If you lack experience, recommendations, or a strong sales background - this role isn’t for you.

Job Details:
- A$6.50/hour | 40 hours per week
- Weekly commissions up to A$300
- Target: 30 Solar/Battery leads & 15 Energy Savings check leads per week
