We are looking for a highly organized, English/Spanish speaker to bridge the gap between our leads and our sales team.
The Role
Outreach: Handle outbound calls/texts in English and Spanish.
Operations: Assign leads, update CRM (GoHighLevel/HubSpot), and track project milestones.
Scheduling: Use Calendly/Acuity to book and confirm appointments.
Follow-up: Ensure no lead falls through the cracks from first contact to installation.
Requirements
Bilingual: Native or near-native fluency in English & Spanish.
Experience: 2+ years in Sales Coordination, Dispatch, or CRM/Pipeline Operations.
Availability: Must be available during U.S. Business Hours with stable internet.
Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace; comfortable with high-volume outbound activity.
Compensation & Growth
Base Pay: $5.00/hour
Commission: $30 per qualified sit + $70 per closed sale.
Earnings: Expectation of $300+/week (Uncapped—no limit on what you can make).
Review: 6-month performance evaluation with commission increase opportunities.
