We are expanding our Perth Metro sales team, with a new position commencing in late January.

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. While previous solar sales experience is highly regarded, it is not essential. Candidates must, however, have 1–2 years of proven sales experience to be considered.

This role is well-suited to driven professionals who want to maximise their earning potential.

Candidates must demonstrate the following:

Strong customer service and follow-up skills

Excellent attention to detail

Professional presentation and confidence with over the phone consultations

Strong computer literacy and confidence using CRM systems

Key Responsibilities:

Assessing customer energy needs and recommending tailored solar solutions through Pylon design program

Conducting follow-ups and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers

Managing sales processes through CRM systems (SalesForce & Hubspot)

Contributing to a high-performance, goal-driven culture
