We’re looking for a highly experienced Solar Appointment Setter who knows how to start conversations, handle objections, and consistently book qualified solar appointments. This is not an entry-level role — we want someone who has already proven they can perform in a fast-paced, high-volume solar environment.

? Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls / follow up with warm leads (and/or cold calling if needed)
• Qualify homeowners quickly (bill, credit, roof, ownership, timeline, etc.)
• Schedule confirmed appointments for solar consultants
• Overcome objections confidently and professionally
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in CRM
• Hit daily activity goals: calls, connects, and set appointments
• Follow scripts while being natural and conversational
• Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows

? Requirements (Must Have)
• 2+ years solar appointment setting experience (required)
• Proven results: consistent appointment setting and strong show rate
• Strong phone presence, confidence, and high energy
• Ability to handle objections and keep control of the call
• Coachable, disciplined, and competitive mindset
• Reliable internet + headset + quiet work environment (if remote)
• Familiar with CRMs, dialers, and lead follow-up systems
