## The Role
You'll be the bridge between our customers and our platform—the person who takes what a client needs and turns it into a working configuration.
This isn't a back-office role. You'll be on customer calls throughout the day, then in the platform making things happen. A typical day might start with a kickoff call for a new client, shift into configuring their data integrations, and end with troubleshooting an issue for an existing customer.
If you've worked at a development agency, digital consultancy, or software company where you balanced technical work with client interaction, you'll recognize the rhythm.

## What You'll Do
- Execute configuration work based on project plans and customer requests
- Join implementation calls, kickoffs, and status meetings
- Write SQL to query and validate data
- Modify HTML templates and work with JSON for integrations
- Document configurations and maintain project records
- Escalate to product and engineering when custom solutions are needed

## What We're Looking For
**Technical**
- Working knowledge of SQL—you can write queries, not just run them
- Comfortable reading and modifying HTML
- Experience with JSON in APIs, data structures, or config files
**Experience**
- 2+ years in a client-facing technical role at an agency, consultancy, or software company
- Track record of juggling multiple projects or clients at once
- Strong written and verbal English; comfortable on video calls with US clients
**Setup**
- Available during US Eastern business hours (roughly 8am–5pm ET)
- Reliable internet and a quiet space for calls
- Self-directed—you see a problem, you figure it out
Bonus: financial services, data integration, or SaaS implementation experience. None of it is required. Learning speed and clear communication matter more.
