## The Role
We're looking for a **Software Implementation Specialist** to join our team and become the bridge between our customers and our platform. You'll be the person who takes customer requirements and turns them into working configurations—translating what clients need into technical execution.
This isn't a siloed back-office role. You'll be on customer calls throughout the day, understanding their needs firsthand, then diving into the platform to make things happen. ## What You'll Do
You'll spend your days moving between customer conversations and hands-on configuration work. On any given day, you might join a kickoff call with a new client in the morning, configure their data integrations in the afternoon, and troubleshoot an issue for an existing customer before end of day.
Your core responsibilities include executing configuration tasks based on project plans and customer requests, participating in implementation calls and status meetings, working with SQL to query and validate data, modifying HTML templates and working with JSON structures for integrations, documenting configurations and maintaining project records, and collaborating with our product and engineering teams when custom solutions are needed.

## What We're Looking For
**Technical Skills:**
- Solid working knowledge of SQL (you should be comfortable writing queries, not just running pre-built ones)
- Familiarity with HTML (reading, modifying, basic troubleshooting)
- Experience working with JSON (APIs, data structures, configuration files)
**Experience & Background:**
- 2+ years in a client-facing technical role—ideally at a development agency, digital consultancy, software company, or similar environment where you worked directly with customers while doing technical work
- Experience managing multiple projects or clients simultaneously
- Comfortable with video calls and communicating with US-based clients
**Work Style:**
- Available to work US business hours (roughly 8am-5pm Eastern Time, with some flexibility)
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for customer calls
- Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously
- Strong written and verbal English communication

The best person for this job has been the one at their agency who clients specifically asked for because they explained things clearly and got stuff done. You're technical enough to dig into the details but personable enough that customers enjoy working with you. You don't need hand-holding—when you see a problem, you figure out how to solve it.
Bonus points if you have experience with financial services, data integrations, or SaaS implementation work. But more important than any specific domain knowledge is your ability to learn quickly and communicate clearly.
