JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to help build and expand our custom enterprise ERP platform.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in modern AI coding environments and enjoys creating scalable systems, building new modules from the ground up, and solving complex operational challenges through software.

You will work on extending an existing ERP backbone by designing and developing new functionality, improving workflows, optimizing system architecture, and helping shape the long-term technical direction of the platform.

We are specifically looking for engineers with real-world enterprise development experience and strong vibe and AI coding proficiency — not hobby-level AI tool usage. The ideal candidate understands how to use modern AI-powered development workflows to rapidly create production-quality systems while maintaining strong engineering standards.

This is a high-impact builder role with significant ownership and long-term growth potential.

Role Summary

As a Senior Software Engineer – ERP (AI-Assisted), you will play a key role in creating, building, and scaling enterprise-grade ERP modules and internal business systems.

You will collaborate closely with leadership and technical stakeholders to transform operational needs into scalable software solutions while helping evolve the platform’s architecture and infrastructure.

The role requires strong systems thinking, deep software engineering expertise, and hands-on experience using modern vibe coding workflows in professional development environments.

Key Responsibilities

Create and build new ERP modules and internal platform functionality
Design scalable backend systems and full-stack application features
Develop production-ready software solutions for complex operational workflows
Architect and optimize database structures, system relationships, and data flows
Build clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Use modern vibe coding workflows to accelerate development and improve execution speed
Evaluate and integrate current AI-powered engineering tools and coding ecosystems
Collaborate with leadership to turn business processes into scalable technical solutions
Improve platform architecture, scalability, performance, and maintainability
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and system issues
Contribute to the long-term technical roadmap and ERP platform evolution

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong experience creating and building enterprise-level systems or ERP platforms
Deep understanding of software architecture, backend systems, and scalable application design
Strong experience with database design and data architecture
Experience developing production-grade applications from concept to deployment
Strong backend or full-stack engineering capabilities
Proven professional experience using vibe coding workflows in real development environments
Strong familiarity with modern AI-powered development tools and ecosystems
Ability to independently own projects and technical decisions
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and systems-thinking skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on custom ERP systems
Familiarity with modern vibe coding tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms
Experience building modular enterprise applications
Startup or fast-moving product environment experience
Technical architecture or platform engineering background
Experience optimizing engineering workflows using AI-assisted development tools
