JOB OVERVIEW

The Role: You'll be our go-to social media editor: taking raw footage from our shoots and turning it into polished, platform-ready videos. This is high-volume, fast-paced work. We move quickly, test a lot, and iterate based on performance, so you'll need to be both fast and consistent without losing quality.

This isn't a "wait around for one project a week" gig. We have a steady, heavy pipeline of content and we're looking for someone who wants to plug in, own their lane, and grow with us.

What You'll Do:
-Edit short-form social videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) from raw footage into finished, ready-to-post assets
-Cut multiple hook variations and versions of the same content for testing
-Adapt and resize content across platforms and aspect ratios
-Add captions, text overlays, music, sound effects, and basic endcards
-Maintain brand consistency across everything you touch
-Hit deadlines on a high-volume, fast-turnaround schedule
-Collaborate with our production team and take direction/feedback with a positive attitude

What We're Looking For (Core Requirements)

Strong experience editing short-form social video
Deep understanding of the social media landscape — you know current trends, formats, pacing, and what performs
Proficiency in a professional editing tool (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro)
Fast, reliable, organized, and able to manage a steady volume of content
Great communication and the ability to take and apply feedback
Reliable internet and a setup that can handle large video files

Nice-to-Haves (Pays Extra — +$X)

These skills aren't required, but if you have them, we'll pay more and lean on you for more:

AI content creation — experience with AI video/image generation tools (e.g. Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, Vertex/Veo) to create and augment assets
Motion graphics — animated text, transitions, lower-thirds, and motion design (After Effects or similar)
Graphic design — strong design eye for statics, thumbnails, and on-brand graphic elements

Bring one or more of these and you'll earn a premium on top of base pay.

How to Apply

Send your portfolio / reel of recent short-form social work, the tools you use, your availability, and your rate. In your application, tell us briefly: what's a recent social video (yours or anyone's) you think is great, and why?
