What You’ll Do
• Create a monthly social media strategy aligned with brand goals
• Plan content using clear pillars (education, community, lifestyle, products)
• Write strong hooks, captions, and content angles
• Identify trends and adapt them to our brand voice
• Build weekly content calendars
• Guide short-form video ideas for Reels and TikTok
• Analyze performance and adjust strategy based on data
• Track growth, saves, shares, and conversions
• Help improve storytelling and brand presence
• Work closely with the founder and creative team

You’re a Good Fit If You:
• Have proven experience managing brand accounts
• Understand content strategy, not just aesthetics
• Know how to grow reach organically
• Can explain why content works or doesn’t
• Understand hooks, watch time, and retention
• Can plan content that supports sales
• Stay organized and communicate clearly
• Are comfortable working with deadlines
