Social Media & Content Marketing Manager

You must be able to:

* Create short-form video (Reels) that:
* Look professional
* Feel intelligent
* Capture attention fast
* Hold depth, not just trends

* Post daily across:

* Instagram
* Facebook
* LinkedIn
* (Bonus: TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

* Make me look:

* Authoritative
* Intelligent
* Human
* Powerful
* Trustworthy

You are not making “content.”
You are shaping a public identity.

CONTENT CREATION SKILLS REQUIRED
You must:

* Understand hooks, story, pacing, and clarity
* Turn voice notes, talks, ideas, or messy thoughts into:

* Reels
* Carousels
* Captions
* Conversations

You must know:

* How to create emotional resonance
* How to trigger meaningful engagement
* How to write captions that feel smart, not generic

ENGAGEMENT & DM SKILLS (BIG BONUS)

If you can:

* Respond to comments
* DM professionally
* Build relationships
* “Friend farm” without being salesy
* Make people feel seen and respected
