JOB OVERVIEW

We are a glazing company based in Australia specialising in residential and commercial projects, including shower screens, mirrors, and balustrades.

We are currently looking for a skilled Social Media Manager & Ads Specialist to manage our content, run paid ad campaigns, and build simple automated systems to capture and follow up leads.

This is a long-term opportunity for the right person who can help generate consistent leads and improve overall marketing performance.

Your role will include:

Content Creation & Social Media
• Editing photos and short-form videos (Reels/TikTok style)
• Creating and posting consistent content on Facebook and Instagram
• Writing captions and maintaining brand consistency

Paid Advertising
• Setting up and managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
• Creating and testing ad creatives
• Monitoring performance and improving cost per lead

Lead Management & Automation
• Setting up automated follow-up systems (email and SMS)
• Connecting lead forms to a CRM or system
• Managing incoming leads (messages, forms, etc.)
• Ensuring fast response times and no missed leads
• Organising and tracking leads through the pipeline

Our goals are to:
• Generate consistent qualified leads each week (20–40+)
• Build a simple and reliable automated lead system
• Improve conversion rates and cost per lead over time

Requirements:
• Proven experience running Facebook and Instagram ads for lead generation
• Experience creating and editing short-form content (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Experience with email and SMS automation tools (e.g. GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, Zapier)
• Strong understanding of Ads Manager and performance tracking
• Good English communication skills
• Reliable, organised, and able to follow direction

Bonus (not required but highly valued):
• Experience with home services, construction, or trade businesses
• Experience building lead funnels or CRM systems
• Understanding of conversion tracking and optimisation

Payment:
• Monthly salary (based on experience)
• Long-term role with potential for performance bonuses
