I’m looking for a Social Media Manager + Video Editor who understands that content is not just about posting… it’s about generating leads, clients, and revenue.
This role is for someone who can:
• Edit high-performing short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
• Understand hooks, retention, and pacing
• Write captions that convert
• Stay organized and consistent across platforms
• Think beyond content and into strategy
You will be working closely with a fast-growing marketing brand focused on helping business owners turn their content into income.
Responsibilities:
• Edit 15–30+ short-form videos weekly
• Repurpose long-form into short-form clips
• Add captions, hooks, sound effects, and pacing for retention
• Write captions, hashtags, and CTAs
• Schedule and post content across platforms
• Track performance and optimize content over time
Requirements:
• Strong experience with short-form content editing
• Understanding of social media growth + engagement
• Ability to follow systems and improve them
• Experience with tools like CapCut, Adobe, or similar
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Ability to post consistently
