Brickify is an AI-powered app that scans your building bricks and suggests builds from what you already own. We're a fast-growing startup built by and for the brick-building community, with strong organic traction and a passionate user base. Our founders come from the LEGO YouTube world and we want our social presence to reflect that authenticity.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a full-time social media manager to own and grow Brickify's presence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. This isn't a generic social media job — you need to genuinely live in the LEGO and brick-building community. You'll be creating and posting content, engaging with our audience, and building Brickify into a brand that the community actually loves.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Plan, create, and post daily content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build community around Brickify
Identify trending LEGO/brick content and find creative ways to tie Brickify into the conversation
Track performance metrics and iterate based on what's working
Collaborate with the founders on campaigns, launches, and creator partnerships
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Deep knowledge of the LEGO and brick-building community — MOCs, AFOLs, set culture, bootleg content, etc.
Proven experience growing social accounts, especially short-form video (TikTok/Reels)
Strong on-camera presence or video editing skills (or both)
High engagement instincts — you know what makes people stop scrolling in this niche
Bonus: your own LEGO-adjacent social following or YouTube channel
Self-starter who can operate independently without hand-holding
