Restaurant Marketing & Social Media Manager

Hawaiian Bros Island Grill – Corpus Christi & Beeville, Texas

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and results-driven Restaurant Marketing & Social Media Manager to help grow our Hawaiian Bros locations in Corpus Christi and Beeville, Texas.

This position is not just about posting on social media. We are looking for someone who can develop and execute marketing strategies that increase restaurant sales, bring more customers through the doors, build local brand awareness, and grow our social media following.

Responsibilities

Manage social media marketing for our Hawaiian Bros Corpus Christi and Beeville locations.

Create and post engaging content consistently across:

Facebook

Instagram

TikTok

YouTube Shorts

Other relevant social media platforms

Create short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, photos, graphics, promotions, and other content.

Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, reach, and local brand awareness.

Develop marketing campaigns specifically designed to increase restaurant traffic and sales.

Promote limited-time offers, catering, events, holidays, new menu items, and restaurant promotions.

Create local marketing campaigns targeting customers around Corpus Christi and Beeville.

Manage and optimize paid Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital advertising when needed.

Respond to and engage with followers, comments, and messages.

Identify opportunities to partner with local businesses, schools, organizations, influencers, and community events.

Develop promotions that encourage repeat customers and increase visit frequency.

Help grow catering and large-order sales.

Monitor online reviews and help improve our online reputation.

Track marketing performance and provide regular reports showing:

Restaurant sales generated from campaigns

Social media follower growth

Engagement

Reach and views

Advertising performance

Customer traffic and conversions

Continually test new marketing ideas and improve campaigns based on results.

What We're Looking For

We want someone who understands that the ultimate goal of marketing is more customers and higher restaurant sales.

The ideal candidate should have:

Experience managing social media for restaurants, food brands, retail businesses, or other consumer businesses.

Proven ability to grow Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts.

Experience creating Reels, TikToks, short-form videos, graphics, and promotional content.

Strong understanding of local restaurant marketing.

Experience with Meta Ads and other digital advertising platforms.

Ability to develop promotions and campaigns that generate measurable results.

Strong written communication and creative skills.

Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.

Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar content-creation software is preferred.

Experience with restaurant marketing is strongly preferred.

Your performance will be measured based on results, including:

Increasing restaurant sales

Increasing customer traffic

Increasing catering and large-order sales

Growing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok followers

Increasing social media reach and engagement
