We are a high-end residential design and construction company based in Sydney, focused on delivering architecturally driven homes.
We are building a strong content and marketing presence across platforms such as YouTube and LinkedIn, alongside improving internal systems and operational efficiency.
This role sits across content production, marketing coordination, and business operations support, and is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple areas.
???? Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing and executing our content workflow, while also supporting the sales and marketing functions of the business.
This is not just a “VA role” — it is a key support position that helps drive marketing output, maintain systems, and improve efficiency across the business.
???? Key Responsibilities
Content Production & Management (Primary Focus)
Edit long-form YouTube videos (clean, professional style)
Cut 5–10 short-form clips from each video
Add captions and basic formatting to videos
Upload and schedule content across:
YouTube
LinkedIn
Instagram
Facebook
Organise and manage all media files (video, images, project content)
Turn raw site content (photos/videos from team) into usable posts
?? Content Coordination & Copy Support
Assist in creating captions and posts using provided frameworks (ChatGPT supported)
Format LinkedIn posts in a professional, high-end tone
Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent posting
???? Sales & Marketing Support
Assist with CRM updates and basic admin tasks
Support sales team with document preparation and follow-ups
Coordinate with external marketing partners (as required)
Upload and manage marketing assets
?? General Operations Support
Assist with ad hoc tasks across the business
Help organise internal systems and workflows
Manage task tracking via project management tools (e.g. ClickUp)
???? Skills & Experience
Required:
Experience with video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
Strong organisational skills
Good written English
Comfortable using digital tools and systems
Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines
Preferred (but not essential):
Experience with social media scheduling tools
Familiarity with LinkedIn content
Experience working with content creators or agencies
Basic understanding of construction or real estate (not required)
