Freelance Remote Video Editor (Social Content)

We're looking for a highly creative Freelance Remote Video Editor to help elevate the quality of our social content.

The aim is to bring a more polished, engaging feel to our videos. We found that when we had the option of working with remote editors, the content felt stronger, so we'd like to build that back into our workflow.

The Brief
You'll be provided with a Google Drive folder containing all raw footage and assets.
Please review the footage in full before editing to identify the strongest ---------- nts.
Create 4–5 different edits from the same footage, each with a different style, pacing and hook.
---------- as a reference for tone, editing style and overall content direction.
We'd love you to push the edit as far as possible creatively—don't be afraid to experiment with storytelling, captions, transitions, sound design and retention techniques.
The goal is to produce the best possible version of each piece of content, rather than simply trimming clips together.
Please ensure all edits feel native to TikTok and Instagram Reels and are optimised for audience retention.
