JOB OVERVIEW

Solo Realtor Seeking Social Media/Marketing VA

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant specifically supporting real estate agents or brokers with social media management.
Demonstrated social media management skills with a track record of engaging content and audience growth
Experience creating professional marketing materials and email newsletters for real estate.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Social Media Management:
Create, edit, schedule, and post engaging content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Develop content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages promptly.
Stay current with real estate social media trends and best practices.

Marketing & Communications:
Design and distribute professional email newsletters.
Create marketing materials including property flyers, social media graphics, and promotional content.
Coordinate email campaigns for listings, market updates, and client touchpoints
Ensure brand consistency across all materials.

Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new platforms.
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Real estate industry knowledge and understanding of sales cycles.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and compelling content.

Schedule & Commitment:
M-F; 8AM-12PM PST to start. Full-Time Potential

Compensation:
$4-6Hr.
