Social Media and Outreach Consultant
Role: Social Media Manager / Content & Engagement Lead
Schedule: Monday–Friday 5hrs per Day
1. Overview
The Cpmpany is a Franco-Australian luxury skincare brand with global distribution across Europe, the USA, the Middle East, and Asia–Pacific. Our social-media presence is central to strengthening brand awareness, nurturing retailer relationships, and driving wholesale acquisition.
This brief outlines the responsibilities for a Social Media Outreach consultant working 5 days per week. The role combines content creation, posting, daily engagement, retailer support, lead generation, and structured outreach.
The ideal partner has experience with luxury brands, strong aesthetic sense, excellent communication skills, and a strategic understanding of luxury retail ecosystems.
2. Objectives
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for driving:
1. Engagement & Retailer Relationship Building
• Maintain daily interaction with all La Fervance retailers worldwide
• Support partners through likes, comments (when appropriate), and reposts
• Enhance brand visibility on retailers’ pages
2. Lead Generation & Retail Expansion
• Identify new luxury retailers (spas, boutiques, perfumeries, clinics)
• Introduce La Fervance professionally via DM and
• Build a consistent pipeline of qualified B2B leads
3. Content Volume & Visual Presence
• Increase posting frequency via retailer reposts
• Maintain a consistent luxury aesthetic across all content
• Support brand storytelling and campaign visibility
4. Social Media Consistency & Growth
• Manage day-to-day posting
• Maintain tone, hashtags, and brand image
• Drive strategic follower growth and engagement
3. Daily Responsibilities (Mon–Fri)
1. Retailer Engagement (Daily)
• Visit every retailer’s Instagram page
• Like and engage with all new posts
• If no new posts, interact with older feed content
• Aim: strengthen relationships, improve visibility, support partners
2. Content Reposting (Daily)
• Select high-quality content from retailer feeds
• Repost 5–7 reels per day on La Fervance Instagram
• Ensure:
luxury-aligned aesthetic
refined captions
correct retailer tagging
approved hashtags
• Aim: increase content flow without additional production cost
3. Retailer Network Expansion
• Review followers of our existing retailers
• Identify luxury spas, boutiques, beauty institutes, perfumeries, clinics
• Like 3–5 posts from each potential partner
• Ensure all accounts fit our luxury positioning
4. Retailer Outreach (Daily)
• For qualified luxury outlets, send introduction DMs
• Personalise the message based on:
brand style
recent posts
geographical positioning
• Use approved outreach templates
• Track all outreach
4. Weekly Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
• Identify 30–50 new luxury retailer accounts weekly
• Send personalised DMs
• Document all lead-generation activity
2. Reposting Summary
• 35–49 reels per week reposted from retailer content
• All content must remain consistent with the Compaanys luxury aesthetic
3. Marketing List Outreach
• Marketing lists (50–100 contacts) provided weekly
• For each contact:
send personalised introduction
locate their Instagram
send matching DM
• Ensure consistency between
• Track all communication
4. Weekly Reporting
A detailed report must be submitted every Friday covering:
• Retailer accounts engaged
• Leads identified and contacted
• Number of reels reposted
• DM replies, interest, and conversations
• Marketing list progress
• Recommendations for optimisation
• Insights from retailers or potential partners
5. Standard Posting (Existing Duty)
The manager will continue to:
• Post Company branded content (products, awards, campaigns, promotions)
• Ensure all posts follow:
luxury tone
correct hashtags
approved brand aesthetic
• Communicate with Jamie for priority posts or timely product updates
6. Tools & Access Required
• Instagram login (La Fervance)
• Retailer list with Instagram handles
• Outreach message templates
• Weekly marketing lists from Jamie
• Caption + hashtag bank
• Tracking sheet (Excel/Google Sheet)
7. KPIs
Performance Indicators
• Daily retailer engagement completed consistently
• 5–7 reposted reels per day / 35–49 weekly
• 30–50 new luxury leads identified weekly
• 50–100 marketing contacts worked through weekly
