ChaTea is looking for a Social Media and Marketing Manager who will take ownership of marketing and help grow our international tea education and experience ecosystem.
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and creative freedom, working directly with founders and global partners.
We are a small, fast-growing team, so this role combines strategy, execution, and coordination with freelancers
Your Main Mission
Help ChaTea grow its global community, partnerships, and education ecosystem while building a clear, consistent brand presence.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
1. Finding Ways To Bring New People Into ChaTea Ecosystem
2. This is a core part of the role.
You will work on:
- Content strategy and storytelling
- Building marketing funnels and user journeys
- Running and testing ads
- Partnership and collaboration marketing
- Creating and improving lead magnets
- Growing and engaging our global community
Brand & Content Direction
- Help shape ChaTea positioning, voice, and messaging
- Lead content planning across social platforms
- Build systems to collect and organize content from our global community, educators, and events
- Maintain consistency and quality of visual and communication style
Marketing Systems & Execution
- Manage and brief freelancers (design, video, ads, etc.)
- Support launches of courses, events, and collaborations
- Use AI tools daily to improve marketing workflows, research, and content production - this part is crucial, as well as the desire to grow with AI.
